I heard of a great idea since I am trying to do a low carb diet. Romain lettuce has decent fiber in it, but not too much.
Try wrapping Bacon & tomato (salt and pepper of course) in a large piece of Romain lettuce! Certain types of cheese might be good too and you could do any type of sandwich this way.
OR....
You could wrap the veggies inside of lunch meat and stick a toothpick through them if you are putting them in a lunch box!
