Flax Seed Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flax seed meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
4 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
1Preheat oven to 425.
2Combine dry ingredients and mix with fork or whisk.
3Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients.
4Mix, making sure eggs integrate well.
5Let sit for five minutes.
6Spread on greased cookie sheet or silicone mat to desired thickness, I like it to be about 9 x 10 inches.
7Bake 10-15 minute.
